      Our company is a high and new technology enterprise that manages a system of design、development、production、marketing of railway maintenance equipment. “ Tiegong “ means that we always go all out and devote our whole strength to enhance the development of the Chinese Railway and even the World Railway.       Our enterprise is located along vital communication line, which connects the regions inside and outside Shanhai Pass, in the City of Jinzhou and beside Bohai Sea Shore-Jinzhou Economic & Technical Developing Zone.

      Our company was established in 1992, taking up an area of 13,000. square meter. There are more than 110 steady workers including 19 engineering technicians. The permanent assets have been valued at more than 11,000,000. RMB yuan. The key machining equipment includes vertical milling machining centre、CNC lathes and other normal milling、drilling、grinding lathes, and various testing equipment.

    There are seven departments in our company such as Technology、Production、Quality Inspection、Supply、Marketing、Finance and Office.

      For over ten years, our company and Chinese Academy of Railway Science (CARS) and various Railway Administrations have jointly developed  more than ten  research projects-internal combustion rail cutting machine、rail drilling machine、hydraulic track lifting & lining machine、hydraulic tamping machine、hydraulic rail stretching machine、rail grinding machine、switch grinding machine、mobile GPW equipment、thermit welding corollary equipment、rail bending tool、sleeper bolt wrench、railway train speed monitor and others. We’ve achieved 22 National patented items, which pass the technological achievements appraisal by the Railway Administration and MOR《Railway Maintenance Machinery Safe Operation Review》,and have had CRCC certificate issued by Chinese Railway Product Authentication Centre and Railway Market Network Access Permit issued by the Railway Administration. According to the evaluation of the concerned experts of MOR Transportation Administration、CARS、various Administrations, our key products have already reached and even exceeded the national advanced level of the same trade.

       Since the establishment, we’ve always kept to the principle “High starting point-High level-high quality”. By introducing the outstanding technology at home and abroad, depending on the high quality products, the reasonable price and the faithful service, our enterprise has enjoyed a good reputation in the national railway maintenance system.

      Our quality management system has been in line with the GB/T 19001-2000 idt ISO 9001:2000 standard and had the Quality Management System Authentication Certificate in 2002-01-30, which has formed a solid base for our products to enter the World market.

      In the process of development、design and production of the products, we always operate in accordance with the MOR Standard and Specification. To ensure the product quality in an even better fashion, we have drawn up a complete set of enterprise standard、technology standard、engineering procedure、inspection & test regulation、quality acceptance level, and arrange the production and inspection according to every standard, regulation and procedure.

      In order to make our product play a role in an even better fashion, we also draw up a series of marketing management method. After the product is delivered, we’ll send our engineering technicians and the persons in charge of after-sale service to the user’s location ASAP to do the after-sale service and listen to the user’s opinion and requirement. Then we’re able to improve and enhance our product quality continuously, and satisfy the users and win our users’ appreciation at last.
